We are wanting someone in the States to help us enter stories into Bloom (we work in Cameroon), but as of now this seems impossible in Bloom. Will there be a type of send/receive feature in the new future so multiple people can work on the same project?

We won’t be implementing a Send/Receive feature in the same way other SIL software does Send/Receive.
But Bloom does have a feature designed to cover the same use case as you describe. It is called Team Collections. You can learn more about it in this document.
