Which bloom version can download and be stable I

I am having a basic bloom workshop, so which bloom version that my workshop participants can download and don’t face the stuck during use bloom [ release version or Reach version]

If youreinvolved with Global Recording network/Enabling writers REACH, then
use the REACH version. Otherwise use the latest Release version.
