WeSay say Art of Reading is not installed, but it's installed

In WeSay 1.6.10.0, when I want to add picture to the dictionary, it says “This computer doesn’t appear to have the “Art Of Reading” gallery installed yet.” But it’s already installed and it works with Bloom. How do I resolve this issue?
