Translating help file

I would like translate the help file and maintain it.

previously you had mentioned, keyman help needed changes before we can start translating.

Can we proceed to translating?

Unfortunately, we’re still not in a place where we can include a translated help file for Keyman Desktop – either in the distribution or online. We need to spend some time on internationalization (which is currently scheduled for 13.0 due to limited team resources).
