A fairly new feature in Google docs is the ability to insert variables as smart chips so that each occurrence of a term is replaced. Would this be an easy or useful feature in Reading App Builder?
The approach has been used for years in customisable children’s books where the child’s name features throughout and becomes far more personal.
The particular case that got me wondering was the app version of the Multilingual Assessment Tool in which the words “the vernacular” and “other languages” are replaced throughout to refer to the specific local language and LWC that is being discussed.
