I am new to SIL software so I have a basic question. I entered data from two languages into Flex database. My mistake. Is there an easy way to separate the two languages and set up separate data bases for the two languages?

I’m not an expert, so you might get a better answer if you wait for another response!
I would make a backup of your current project, then restore it, using a different name, but do that twice, once for each of the two languages. Then for each new project, delete all the records that don’t belong. Hopefully you’ll be able to use filters to identify the words to delete.
