Sanskrit Roman Transliteration support for Colemakmod-dh

Greetings,

I am a colemakmod-dh keyboard layout user. I would like to use Sanskrit/Hindi Roman transliterations(ā, ī, ū, ṇ, ñ, etc) with colemakmod-dh keyboard layout.

The India Basic keyboard seems to have all the letters I need.

I have some coding experience, if there’s anyway I can do this myself. Please let me know.
