We have a lot of colourful books to be printed at a commercial print-shop. I’ve seen mention in the past of choosing to save PDFs with CYMK colouring but I am not getting any options when I save PDFs in Bloom 5. Is there anything I need to do to ensure good colour reproduction from a commercial printer?
In the PDF publishing screen, look to the top left. You should see “PDF Options”.
Click the arrow, and then you can select CMYK
In the upcoming Bloom 5.5, we have completely redesigned all publishing forms and have made this all more visible under “Prepare for Printshop”.
