With the new Comic Book Option in Bloom (Text on Image), a no margins option seems like a logical next step. When you lay out your book for Bloom Reader (Device Landscape of Device Portrait), you probably don’t want a white border around your image.
Alternatively, you might need a small margin, and/or one that is equal on four sides. In fact, the latter would be important for ebooks in pdf form.
