We’re working on a new RAB app being built with RAB 11.02 The phone that we are testing on is using Android 13.
When we install the app it asks for permission to send notifications. As near as we can tell, the app is not supposed to send notifications.

This is what the test user sees on the Android device
We would like to not have the users see this pop up. How do we disable it?
