From C:…Documents\Bloom I went to copy a Bloom collection folder to my flash drive. I was given an error message that the copying could not be completed because Bloom was open. I closed the Bloom program, deleted was was on my flash drive, and again copied the folder from my C: drive to my flash drive. Then I again opened Bloom on my PC, and I’m told the html file for this collection is missing. I don’t see the html file or other data folder on my PC or on the flash drive.
