When a collection is configured to use 3 languages the Acknowledgment boxes on both the Title and Credits pages seem to be set to Language 2 (e.g. national language). Can this be changed to Language 3 (e.g. international language)?

To my knowledge, it cannot.
But it may be helpful to note that the idea that L2 must be the “National Language” is a misunderstanding. Likewise, L1 doesn’t have to be a “local” language. You can choose L1, L2, and L3 to be any language combination that you desire.
With that in mind, I would simply swap L3 and L2 so that the Credits etc. display as you would like.
Swapping L2 and L3 allows me to do what I intended. Thanks for the tip!
