I’ve forwarded the info to our developer and it turned out that the installation file is corrupted. He suggested that you uninstall Keyman, restart the machine and then reinstall Keyman.
This issue has been filed at bug(windows): the installation file got corrupted · Issue #10412 · keymanapp/keyman · GitHub for our developers to take a closer look at it.
Do let us know how it goes after uninstall and reinstall Keyman.
