Keyman in Windows Server

I have a Windows Server user that is wondering how well Keyman works in that environment? Are the keyboards stored in one location and then available to all users? Or can individual users define keyboards independently from other users? Would there be any problem with multiple users using Keyman at the same time?

Hello Ken,
Yes, keyman works with Windows Server. Here are the main things to note.

  • They Administrator will need install the Keyman Keyboards for all users. This means if a user wants another keyboard added they will need the Administrator to install it.

  • Each individual user can uncheck the keyboards they do not need in the Keyman Configuration.

Thanks,
Ross.
