Keyman configuration freezes

My Keyman configuration suddenly froze with the following error message.

Details for error report for Keyman app:
Application Identifier: kmshell-14.0.290
Error Identifier: 3CEECA79EBD44E6A3F952B966C69035A

The dialog box displays permanently on the screen without responding to close button.

I uninstalled Keyman and reinstalled it. Still the problem persists. I have been using Keyman for years and this is the first time I encounter this. Can anyone please help me? Thank you.

Iā€™m trying to reproduce the issue you mention by installing the same version of Keyman on my Windows (see the details below), and it works without any issues.

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ā€Ž2/ā€Ž9/ā€Ž2022
OS build 19044.1288
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

Could you tell me what Edition and Version of Windows you are using?

One thing you could try is to check if you have any older version of Keyman Developer installed on your machine. If yes, uninstall it, restart the machine and try to install Keyman for Windows again.

The error report is at Sentry. @ross, this error may be traceable from that report.
