I am upgrading an old keyboard which is fully functional still but a new tone mark was requested by the team. The keyboard is only set for WIndows and Computer and compiles successfully but the test window does not respond to the keystrokes properly (receives keystrokes but gives original values, not custom keyboard values) and the keyboard does not work when installed. What could be wrong with it. I freely admit to being disoriented with the new interface.

If it’s one of the Nigeria keyboards that we already have online, I would recommend updating that relevant keyboard rather than doing a one-off fix. I would be willing to help you learn the new system since you support so many teams.
