Keyboard compiles, but web Keyboard Test for mobile hangs on install

The keyboard compiled correctly:

And the Web & Mobile tester works for the web keyboard

But when using the local browser to test the keyboard for mobile, the installer hangs.

What’s going on? What should I check or change?

I’ve seen this before, but I’m not remembering the cause. It could be related to setting the language tag correctly in the .kps file…or are you using a font that it’s not familiar with? If you want to send me the source files to look at I’d be willing to check.

I’ve responded directly, but the issue is related to the phone layout. It has a blank row that seemed to be causing problems.
