Is the picture size of an image for a book imported from Bloom hard coded at 50%?

So far I’ve noticed that I cannot change the maximum picture size when in portrait and the ‘change’ options do not seem to be applied.

The motion option does not work either.
It sounds like if we want any of the more complicated things then we cannot start from Bloom
