I’m trying to install this keyboard for windows but the keyboard doesn’t show windows as a supported OS, so I’m I guessing that I’m out of luck?

As currently designed, that keyboard targets only mobile devices (tablet, phone). You could try contacting First Voices via their website (firstvoices.com) to ask about a suitable keyboard.
