We are trying to create a Persian-Czech dictionary using Dictionary App Builder.
The authors of the dictionary, prepared in FLEx, have added as a custom field information about the frequency band of occurrence of a word in the Persian web corpus (with values A, B, C, D, E) and want the search results to be sorted primarily by this frequency and later alphabetically. At the same time, the frequency band should be displayed as part of the entry. Is it possible to do this using DAB?
Or a more general question: how is the ranking of search results calculated? Is it based on the frequency of the search string in (some, or all?) fields, the alphabetical order of the password, or something else? What can we do to get some entries to rank higher?
