How to I type capital A on the iOS version of the Egyptian hieroglyphs keyboard

Keyman for iOS, capital a can be typed using LTN + SHIFT A.
When typing LTN, nothing will output unless pressing it twice to get `, it combines with SHIFT A to get A.
