Getting a "Can't set cloud::sil_myanmar_my3 for my language. Loading default keyboard when attempting to start keyboard

I am working through the process of making a touch layout keyboard that will be bundled with sil_myanmar_my3. I’m able to make an .apk file using KAB 2.4 and then get it on my phone. I can install it, but after installation it gives me a message saying "Can’t set cloud:: sil_myanmar_my3 for my language. Loading default keyboard.

The keyboard then presents the EuroLatin keyboard.

I am able to install the .kmp file and use the keyboard in Keyman for Android(14.0.216-beta)

Any ideas?

I got the same message when trying to bundle myWin myanmar keyboard with another keyboard.
