Has anyone been able to use WeSay on a droid or iphone? Is that currently possible or are there plans to develop that?

There are no plans to port WeSay as an iPhone or Android app. As an
alternative, you might be interested in Language Forge (
https://languageforge.org) to develop a dictionary, as that works in a
mobile browser and requires an internet connection. There’s a Language
Forge Google Play app here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.sil.languageforgeweb&hl=en
Note that this is basically an app with a web browser. iOS 10 or greater
is required if using mobile Safari.
