The two maddas (U+089E and U+089F), when used between combining characters, break the combining of the base letters. Error is specific to MS Word 365 for Scheherazade New. Browers show correctly.

This issue, and probably the previous issue (with double honorifics) are related to the fact that Windows/Office hasn’t been updated to support new versions of Arabic script characters from Unicode.
It displays properly in LibreOffice. The issue is not related to the font, but to the operating system rendering behavior.
