Complex form not showing in reverse index

This dictionary is set up as Root-based (complex entries displayed as subentries), exported to xhtml.

The exported xhtml has reversal index entries for the complex subentries, but they don’t show up when imported into DAB.

For example, here is the main entry in xhtml:

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" class="entry" id="g2e49df39-bf69-459d-a397-5064cbb763d8">

And heres the app:

Then the reversal index in french:

<div  class="reversalindexentry" id="g9df7d60e-d632-40ab-ab7f-d1da6255fc53">
<span class="reversalform">
<span lang="fr">coucher du soleil</span></span>
<span class="sensesrs"><span class="sensecontent">
<span class="sensesr" entryguid="g1c2def97-2f17-4daa-91cb-5dc5aeb7ea53">
<span class="headword"><span lang="sok"><a href="#g1c2def97-2f17-4daa-91cb-5dc5aeb7ea53">akandi mɔnɔk</a></span></span>
<span class="morphosyntaxanalysis">
<span class="mlpartofspeech">
<span lang="fr">n. compl.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div>

and heres the app:

If the reversal entry is there in the xhtml, why does it not show up in the app?

If you look at the Reversal index href attribute is pointing at ID g1c2def97-2f17-4daa-91cb-5dc5aeb7ea53

But looking at the main Dict XHTML that ID is not defined in the XHTML.

The entry has an ID defined: g2e49df39-bf69-459d-a397-5064cbb763d8 but the subentry has no separate ID. If there is no matching ID that would cause it to not show.
