Change polytonic Greek font to Unicode Greek font

Have over 5000 Greek words in a Word 365 doc. They are all in GreekParse font. Want to change them all to a UniCode Greek font. Search replace does not work. Greek Parse Font is here if you want to look at it. It is a TrueType .ttf =Greek font and is free, public domain. (Download Greek Parse Font - ufonts.com)

Can anyone tell me how to globally change these 5000 polytonic words in this Word 365 doc into unicode words?

One approach is to find (or create) a TECkit mapping file that will do that conversion, then use one of the Word document tools in the SIL Converters (http://scripts.sil.org/EncCnvtrs) to make the change.

The SIL Galatia converter is close, but “h”, “j” and “v” (at least) are incorrect. Nevertheless it might make a good starting point.
