In the newer versions of BLOOM there is a difference between 3.0 igo and 4.0 offered. Sometimes I see 3.0 in the credits that come with the book, but the liscense that is automagically attached at the top of hte credits page is 4.0. I feel like changing it to 3.0/igo, but then wonder if that is the right thing to do.
Any wisdom?

Because down in the credits that come with the book it says 3.0.
But up above where there is the license for this book, it says 4.0.
If it says 3.0 below, why doesn’t it make the license for the book 3.0? or are there different kinds of 3.0?
