There is an old thread from 2018 similar to this, but I thought I would start a new one since the feature is in development in Beta now. Currently we can do match the picture to the word, or match the word to the picture, and we can change the wording to make it different if we want, like “Which animal bit the boy?” and the person can choose the appropriate picture, although that is not quite the intention of the current format. What I would like to add is the ability to have words under the pictures. The pictures by themselves would be good for pre-readers (like 3 year olds) to be able to answer the questions, while the words under the pictures would support early readers to recognise the words. I have attached picture where I took a screenshot and added the words under the pictures to show what I mean.
