For View-Only or Comment-Only users, it would be nice to have a “Compact view” that strips out any unpopulated fields and gets rid of as much whitespace as possible.
It should still retain the “comment” bubble button for each field. The goal overall is to have a dictionary-like page view, but with the benefit of being able to have user comments.
Something similar to the following view (taken from the Dictionary App) would be nice.
