Dear all,
I cannot figure out how to type Yiddish phonetically on my iPad with an external bluetooth keyboard (roman letters on the keyboard, getting hebrew on the screen …).
I do this with my PC and it works just find.
Is there a solution?
Thanks and regards,
Anders
Hi Anders, welcome to the community
Currently, Apple do not allow third party keyboard extensions (such as Keyman) to access Bluetooth keyboards and manage input from them. It’s functionality that we’d love to see them make available (it’s been possible for years on Android devices).
Hi Marc,
Thanks for your welcome and reply.
Ok, so I will stop trying
Best regards,
Anders
