Should the “splash image” be 140 px tall x 250 px wide? or 250 px tall x 140 px wide?

It should be 140px wide and 250px tall.
my horizontal one is prettier than my vertical.
back to the drawing board.

The size of that image is fixed in history from the early 2000’s or perhaps even earlier!
