Software needed to use BLOOM

I am looking at my Bloom Trainer Manual, as I anticipate mentoring a new BLOOM user.
Perhaps my manual is out of date? It says that i need the BLOOM installer, the Art of Reading installer, the .NET 4.5 installer, and LAME for audacity installer.

Do I still need all of those?
