I love the new Draft feature in BLOOM. I seem to be able to send the draft to someone, have them open it and edit it, but how can I send it back?

The Draft feature is not designed for that.
For a full-featured collaboration with editing capabilities, you need Bloom’s Team Collection system. This is a Bloom Enterprise feature.
