Hi,
My coworker transferred an alpha chart booklet from his computer to the smartphone via cable. Writing (both Roman and Arabic script) shows up, even the first trial recordings are audible but the pictures are not there.
Is there a fix for this, what did he do wrong?

That sounds really strange. I think the only way we can help is for your coworker to send the source book from the Bloom program to us so we can take a look at it.
In Bloom, click on the ? marker at the top right of the page and select Report a Problem. Be sure to include the book.
In the section, What were you doing?, let us know version of Bloom Reader and what Android version the phone is using.
