Yes, keyboard options are still valid in version 15.
They’re supported and can be configured with the Options Configuration file (options.htm) in both Keyman for Windows and Keyman for Linux.
Keyman for macOS does support if() except for options form.

I think options.htm is only handled on Windows and Linux.
That’s correct, at present. While keyboard options work in the keyboard layouts, currently only those two platforms support options.htm. Another task to complete!
