Open Font License as a web font on my homepage

I’m making a homepage.
I want to use the Open Font License as a web font on my homepage.
If I want to use it as a web font, I have to notice a license.

Should OFL.txt be displayed right on the homepage?
Or can it be commented in the homepage source?
ex)

This is not visible on the homepage, but it will exist.
Would it be okay?

Hi - If you’re only using an OFL-licensed web font for your web site you don’t need to include anything. If you’re making the font available for others to use (for example by providing it in a .zip file) then you need to include the complete font package, including all documents.
