I am receiving the topic error message as I progress through my application.
I’m sure the issue is my problem, but am not clear as to which command/method is causing my application to create multiple occurrences.
Any advice is appreciated.

This is unrelated to KeymanWeb – the error you are seeing is coming from Keyman for Windows. We do have an open issue relating to that that we are working on fixing – see #4976 for details.
