Northern Kurdish and Kurdish Northern

I found out an error to the Kurdish Language “Northern Kurdish”, it has two identical categories, Northern Kurdish and Kurdish Northern, which makes the reader/searcher to find Kurdish books with difficulty.
How will these two identical categories be united and share one title “Northern Kurdish”?

Thanks for pointing that out.

The two books labeled “Kurdish, Northern” at https://bloomlibrary.org/language:ku were created and uploaded with language code “ku”. This is actually the macrolanguage code and would be better labeled as “Kurdish”, but I’m hesitant to change the label without knowing if the books would be better labeled “Kurdish” or whether they should actually be reuploaded with a more specific language code. I’m guessing the latter. Any insight you have would be welcome.

The two books labeled “Northern Kurdish” at https://bloomlibrary.org/language:kmr were created and uploaded with language code “kmr” which is the correct tag for Northern Kurdish. It looks like you uploaded those?

According to ethnologue.com Kurdish as macro language has the 3 letter code kur.

Correct. ku is the 2-letter equivalent of the 3-letter code kur.

Bloom uses 2-letter codes when they exist.
