The IMDI metadata scheme allows multiple instances of for examples the description of each sessions, so that each session can be described in more than one language and a different script for each language. An example can be found in this bundle/session in the Endangered Languages Archive at SOAS University of London.
You can see two separate description fields, one in Mongolian, one in English. Both are displayed by our catalogue, one after the other:

From what I can tell, SayMore cannot do multiple descriptions for each session yet, but it would be great if this was possible in the future.
