Is it possible to make mini books using Bloom? Is there a template or something?
Thank you, Kristine
Dear Gordon,
Thank you for your help. We'll try the quarter letter landscape/portrait to see which works better. However, we only have A4 paper. It may not work, but we'll try it!
I am grateful for your help!
Kristine
If you only have A4 paper, then you may be best to use the A6 Portrait/Landscape options as that will be a quarter of the A4 paper.
Hi, Liz!
IT WORKED!! Thank you ever so much!!!
Here's a new question: One of their computers has several Bloom
story books in it, but it will not save as a pdf so that it can be
saved as a file or print. So… the work they have done is stuck
in the Bloom program on that computer. The message that appears
states that the computer must be connected to a printer in order
to make the pdf. However, even when it is connected to a printer,
the error message still appears. Do you have any suggestions?
THANK YOU!
Kristine

Bloom books are stored as folders on the hard drive, inside a “collection folder”. So you just need to find the book’s folder and copy it into a collection folder on another computer. To find the folder, in the Collection tab, click on the book’s thumbnail, then:
If you copy that folder a collection folder on another computer, it will show up there. Or if you want you can copy their whole collection folder to another computer, and open the ___.bloomCollection file to open the collection.
Dear John,
Thank you. We’ll try.
Gratefully,
Kristine
Hello Software Support,
You were so very helpful last week during the Huallaga Quechua
Bloom Workshop. Thank you!
This week we are conducting another workshop with four other
Quechua language teams. We are having a problem with the Bloom
Reader app on a couple of cellular phones. Previously, The app was
working correctly. Downloading books worked well and the audio
functioned. However, now two devices will not play the audio. Do
you know why? Do you know how to solve the problem?
Thank you,
Kristine

Hello, Software Support Team,
In the workshop this week there are participants with apple iphones. Is there a way to transfer the Bloom audio books to their phones?
Thank you,
Kristine
Hello, Software Support Team,
I apologize. I am not sure how to start a new thread. Would you please give more information, anyway?
