I am looking for software (or tips) which would help organize our verbs in order to analyze the morphophonology.
We have verbal suffixes and infixes. The language is shifting, so various speakers give different opinions. This makes it rather difficult to keep track and compare all of the data.
Try using the FieldWorks Language Explorer program (see https://software.sil.org/fieldworks/). You can create a project for your language and then create one or more texts containing verb paradigms. You can manually break the verbs into your current guess as to their morphemes, adding stems suffixes, and infixes as you go. At some point you can use the concordance capabilities to look for patterns, etc.
