I am looking for black and white clipart that we can use for simple activity books for Sunday schools and for teaching and evangelical tracts. Can someone please tell me where I can find these?

I realise you’re asking for “black and white clipart”, but there’s also https://www.distantshores.org/sweet-publishing/ with color illustrations for Bible stories. Also http://www.freebibleimages.org/ which includes the Sweet Publishing images, plus others.
fyi- The Sweet color illustrations do print nicely in B/W on a
laser or inkjet printer, without modification. In fact, I like
some of them better in B/W because all the angels have blond hair,
which doesn’t seem appropriate in our context.
