Is it a bug that the keyboard does not change when I select Chinese on the above site?

I am able to replicate the issue you are describing. Please follow our progress and information we have in the issue “bug(web): unable to get Chinese keyboard to display in KeymanWeb Language Demo #561” on GitHub.

I can’t find Obolo too.
This is just a demo page that demonstrates how KeymanWeb can be added to a web page and so doesn’t list all languages that have keyboards, and doesn’t provide access to all keyboards either.
