Keyman types only the consonant and not the vowels

Hi,
I’ve recently downloaded the keyman to my Mac. It allows me to type only the consonants. For example, I could write ህ but I couldn’t use the rest of the 6 vowels of ህ. When I press the second vowel for ህ, it types ኡ. How can I fix this problem?

Can you provide more details about which keyboard you are using? (And also what version of Keyman and what version of macOS?) Thanks!
