I am running Windows 10.0.19045, and I have Keyman installed. I have the Dene keyboard installed, yet when I turn it on, it shows the default English keyboard on the on-screen keyboard. This keyboard DOES work, and I have it working fine on my Windows 11 home computer, but not on my Windows 10 work laptop.
Since it shows the default English keyboard, this means that it doesn’t work in any application. Is there some sort of permissions change I need to make in my settings, or is something just busted?
Set to the Dene keyboard, but still showing the English keyboard:
For context, it should look like this: KeymanWeb.com
Welcome to our community site @gavinb,
I am running Keyman v18.0.235 for Windows 10 with Bootcamp. The keyboard shows the correct layout.

What is your current Keyman version? Could you try updating Keyman to the latest version?
You could try installing other keyboards and check whether or not their layouts have switched on selection?
If the issue persist, please let us know. Thank you!

I am updated to the most recent version of Keyman. Ι just tried downloading another language (Greek) and it works grεατ. After installing Greek, and uninstalling the alternate Dene keyboard I had, the regular Dene keyboard seems to work, but not in my browser. Not sure how or why it works but it does now lol.
It works properly in MS Word, as well as the Keyman text editor just fine. Is there any way I can enable it in my browser? We’re a Google organization so the overwhelming majority of us use Google apps in browsers.
Thanks.
Hello @gavinb,
Thanks for letting us know the fix!
Regarding your browser, which browser are you using and is not working? Were there keys or rules that did not work as intended?
If you could provide us the behavior of the issue via Google Drive or here then we can reproduce and create a bug report for you.
Thank you.
