Hello, I found my vietnam keyboard sometimes disapper in the phone. Sometimes it suddenly shutdown and recover after 2 seconds, sometime it disappear, I need to reload my keyboard.
Can you tell me why?
Another bug is back space bug in phone. Sometimes the backspace will delete much things, I want to delete a letter but it delete the whole word for me. Happens in vietnam keyboard.
The keyboard disappearing on the phone is probably related to memory usage – if your phone runs low on memory, it will stop processes to recover memory. Your keyboards are very large and pushing the limits of resources on your device.
In terms of the backspace issue, do you have a way to reproduce this? Or does it happen randomly?
Additionally, the iOS system only gives us so long to launch (or relaunch) a keyboard. If it takes too long to start, the keyboard will be shut down and replaced with the standard built-in iOS keyboard when in other apps.
The larger a keyboard is, the longer that loading time takes, which may exacerbate this issue.
