I have download the Amharic keyboard on my Dell latitude windows 10 laptop but the configuration is not working it repetitively said as i have attached screenshot

Welcome to the community site. This is a problem I haven’t seen, it might be easier to see if we can organise a video call together. If you are available for a video can reply with what time-zone are you in? I am in GMT+10. If you reply to me with your timezone and the best times of day for you to meet up then I will see if we can line a call up.
In the meantime.
Can you see any of the keyboard configuration if so I suggest uninstalling the keyboard and reinstalling it.
