Keyboard Background Image from Keyman Developer

I really like the keyboard image used in Keyman Developer, and would like to use it in a LibreOffice document to assist with documenting key strokes. For example, a screen capture of a keyboard that produces Ń instead prints N ́on the keymap. Putting this into a document would allow not only testing the keyboard, but making sure that the keys print correctly.

I did clone the Keyman Developer github repo, but have not found the image files in it.
Thanks.

Welcome back to the community site @JDWood,

Are you referring to the on screen keyboard (OSK)?

If you need an image, you can screenshot it from Keyman Developer. We don’t have an actual image of the keyboard because it is generated from the code.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

Thanks!

Can also use the Export button on that page to send the keyboard layout to a HTML or PNG file.

I haven’t really looked at the OSK, since this keyboard is intended for Windows. A Screenshot of the keyboard layout in Keyman Developer is not adequate because of certain inaccurate renderings: N ́ instead of Ń, for example.

The keyboard background being pro grammatically generated is basically the answer I needed (and was reasonable given the absence of an image in the code repo). I’ll dig through the available images to find something that will serve.

I will also be looking at the OSK — it’s possible it renders correctly, and an export would be adequate.

Thanks for your help.
