IPA Symbols do not appear

I have installed Keyman and IPA(SIL) and IPA Total keyboards. but when I check the Keyboard viewer non of the IPA symbols appear and when I try to type using Charis Font the Shift, Option and Option Shift do not work. I simply cannot type IPA symbols. I am running Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1 on an iMac

Can you reinstall Keyman and follow this instruction?
