Installation of Keyman Developer 14 crashes

I developed a keyboard for Keyman Desktop 14 recently and it was compiled successfully. However, when I try to install it, errors occurred.

Details for error report for Keyman app:
Application Identifier: kmshell-14.0.277
Error Identifier: 23D4E6288B8E48DB42510D8CB62E4526

Also, I got a message:
Unable to install keyboard language; Windows has a limit of 4 custom ‘transient’ languages, and you may have reached this limit.
